I’m Virgílio, born and raised here in Madeira. After years behind the wheel, the last five of them driving TukTuks, I decided to start my own business, to create authentic, independent and truly memorable experiences.
For me, this is about much more than transport. It’s about sharing Madeira in a personal and genuine way, and making sure your time here feels truly special.

How can I pay for the tour?
You can pay by card when you book, using the “Pay Now by Card” button in the booking form. Payments are handled by Stripe, a trusted and secure payment provider. If you prefer, you can also simply pay in person at the end of the tour, in cash or by card. Whatever is easier for you.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, cancellation is free. I only ask that you let me know as early as you can, so I can keep the time open for other guests. If your plans change, just send me a quick message and we will sort it out together.
Can the route be customized?
Yes. The tours are private, so I can adapt the route when possible, depending on time, traffic and weather.
What if it rains?
Light rain is usually fine. If the weather is not safe or comfortable, we can adjust the time or find the best solution together.
How many people can ride?
Each TukTuk takes up to 3 guests. If you need additional TukTuks, just send a message before booking and I can help arrange extra TukTuks with trusted local drivers.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. For safety and comfort, the total passenger weight limit is 210 kg.
Can you drop me off somewhere else?
Yes. I can drop you off anywhere in central Funchal after the tour.
What languages do you speak?
Portuguese, English and a little Spanish.
Is the price different for 1, 2 or 3 people?
No. The price shown is per TukTuk, not per person, for up to 3 guests. A couple travelling with one child, for example, pays the same total — the third seat is included at no extra cost.
